- Event Management
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Collection Follow up
- New employee processing and documentation follow-up
- Master employee database update
- Update Annual leave settlement for employees
- Prepare attendance sheet
- Company Credit Card consolation
- Monthly payment bills
- PRO Management
- Renew, update and maintain all employees’ visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner.
- Office Allocation
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
