Assistant Technician

Job Description

As a Assistant Technician - you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
You will be responsible for the smooth operation of electrical systems through proper and regular preventive/corrective maintenance, refurbishment works and regular inspections.
Maintain all tools, equipment and spares on site to meet the day to day operations as per the standard operating procedure.
To ensure that site is clean and tidy during and after works to ensure quality standards are met as per company policies.
Provide assistance such as manual labor and manual excavation works for own and other departments as and when required and assigned as per company policies.
To ensure that all works are undertaken with minimum wastage of resources and least disruption to operations as per standard operating procedures.
To account for all spares drawn/used and be accountable for all personal tools and equipment.
Qualifications
About you:
High school graduation
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Required to work on shifts
Knowledge of Electrical: repair/erect new lightings, power systems, and generators and associated equipment. To carry out Preventive and corrective maintenance on all Electrical systems.
Knowledge related to the work scope and facilities maintenance operational process. Imparting knowledge, ability to adapt and to be trained.
Good English communication skills
