POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an excellent Freelancer with experience as Bitrix24 ON PREMISE trainer. The position calls for an experienced freelancer who has worked on the implementation of business processes onto Bitrix24 On Premise software with demonstrable experience into Bitrix24 On Premise CRM System, HR Module, Sales and Marketing Modules.
The chosen service provider will be responsible to provide training to a team of technical personnel in the above modules and through this training will be able to:
Relate Bitrix24 modules to the Company’s processes;
Assist the technical team to work on the implementation of Bitrix24 On Premise software in collaboration with a certified Bitrix24 provider as contracted by the Company;
Develop detailed user manuals including written and graphical representations;
Testing of new functions developed by Bitrix24 and keep track of the necessary software updates;
Follow the brief provided by the Company and/ or its representative.
The Service Provider shall meet the following requirements;
Minimum 3 years’ working experience as a Bitrix24 On Premise Trainer;
Proven work experience in the implementation of processes onto Bitrix24 platform(important the candidate has work experience on the Bitrix24 CRM System, HR Management, Sales & marketing Cycles);
Proven work experience in managing a team of technical support;
Proven work experience as trainer on the Bitrix24 on premise platform;
Proficiency in the English language both written and spoken (C2 level is required);
Excellent time-management and organizational skills;
Degree in IT or related fields;
Conditions – Freelance Basis
Service Provision Pay - $9.00 per hour
