• Identify potential customers for ERP and other enterprise software solutions, generate leads and develop business & new client base through effective sales strategies. • Initiate meeting with prospects for opportunities • Lead & Opportunity management • Product presentation and demo in coordination with pre-sales team • Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers of prospective clients. • Keep Management informed of the status by submitting sales activity, pipeline projects and results reports periodically. • Ensure sales targets are achieved. Monitor competition and market position and evaluate customer needs. • Prepare presentations, Proposals, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business. • Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across territory assigned • Actively pursue growth opportunities, by securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts. • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner • Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits. • Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers • Deliver agreed revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • Follow up with clients for the outstanding payments and bills, by closely working with Finance Team. • Prepare sales plans and reports.
