Job Description


1. Plan and assign the work of the cylinder distribution team (drivers)
2. Supervise the daily activities of the Distribution Unit and ensure that all policies and procedures are abided by
3. Ensure safety procedures and activities are implemented within the Unit
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Distribution team against preset goals
5. Prioritize tasks and activities for the Distribution team
6. Manage arising challenges facing Collectors and Drivers
7. In coordination with the Division’s Head, allocate Collectors and Drivers according to changing needs
8. Develop and execute distribution and logistics routing plan and recommend improvements to the Division’s Head
9. Monitor trucks’ checkups, maintenance and performance
10. In coordination with the CRM Division, schedule collection activities
11. Ensure that all drivers have valid licenses and permits
12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and the rules of accrediting bodies
