Catering Administrator will report to Operation Manger / Owners of the company
directly.
Deliver an administration function with a flexible team to support a variety of
tasks.
Provide administration and accounting services where required.
Ensure management of any deficiencies or surpluses on cash takings, floats or
stocks.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills.
Customer service skills.
High standards of hygiene.
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Deliver an administration function with a flexible team to support a variety of

Lead and motivate the team
Ensure good SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) compliance
Implement site service or process improvement initiatives
Manage and develop a team of administrators
To ensure continuous improvement of the administration service through
continuous Personal development and Training
Provide administration and accounting services where required
Ensure management of any deficiencies or surpluses on cash takings, floats or
stocks.
Work experience as an Catering Administrator
Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills ( English, Arabic will be an
asset)
