Job Description

§ To assist the Commercial Manager with the preparation of correspondences, reports, certification of payment, maintaining records, and follow up the matters
§ To read and retrieve data from the various commercial domain and to interpret financial and other system’s cost data to compile accurate data for payment applications, variations, cash flow, and budget updates.
§ To prepare reports maintains records and logs, and rigorously follow up the pending matters with contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors. The formation of accurate and timely accruals to support period reporting is essential.
§ To extract all potential revenues from the range of facilities and services provided to customers of DPSM, including but not limited to all berthing income, boat lifting and storage income, dry storage income, retail, and miscellaneous sales.
§ Assist to prepare and issue detailed; weekly, monthly, and annual reports on all marina activities in line with company KPI statistics.
§ Assist to prepare payment recommendations, variations, and reports
§ The formation of accurate and timely accruals to support period reporting.
§ Validate contractor’s timesheets against work plans/signing in records.
§ The assessment of periodic applications for payment with a view to validate against cash flow.
§ Review and validate accurate numerical values in invoices and consultant advise to raise invoice.
§ Support the production team with the raising of quotation requisitions.
§ Assist in the formation of subcontract final accounts.
§ Provide audit support as and when required.
§ To play as a cohesive team that functions as a consistent unit providing exceptional customer service throughout all operations.
