- Proven track of designs for Events.
- Should be Familiar with Advance softwares
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Event Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
- Liaise with production team and suppliers before and during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain event budgets.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
