Job Description

As the lead administrator for our school’s internal and external exams you will:
Be highly organised and great at multitasking.
Develop, manage, and maintain effective and efficient systems that support the operation of exams.
Have significant experience working with school management systems and of administering school timetables and exams.
Have excellent communication skills as you will be first point of contact with teachers, students, former students, parents and awarding bodies in respect of exam requirements, entries, results, and communication.
Have excellent verbal and written English and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Have a flexible approach to work and will be willing to work additional hours in exam seasons to ensure all deadlines are met.
