Job Description

Accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Directing technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Completing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with the client’s needs.
Recommending technical strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective action.
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them;
Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
Managing your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals;
Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
Requirements
. Good knowledge in IBS DAS, RAN,3G,4G & 5G technologies,
· Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
· Advanced MS Office skills
· Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
· Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
· Project management and supervision skills
· Decision making ability and leadership skills
· Time management and organization skills
· Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
