Job Description

· Managing and developing new business opportunities
· Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
· Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
· Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
· Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies
· Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
· Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
· Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
· Assist with the recruitment process by performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
· Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
· Assist with performance management procedures.
