Monitor and manage all Hosting, Domains, and IT Subscriptions, including creating, editing, and updating any data.
Report/send invoices and status of all managed services to managers/accounts department.
Create, edit, delete users from ERP System, Google Services, and others.
Support in all IT requirements, including but not limited to, networking infrastructure, Security devices (CCTV, fingerprint machine), office assets such as computers and printers, and others.
Skills
Google Services background (Google Workspace, including apps)
Willingness to learn.
Detail-oriented.
Problem Solver (Research Solutions)
Coordination Skills.
Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
Basic understanding of various IT industries.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
