Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all -related tasks such as:

· Data entry and documentation

· Ensure that landlord, property, and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with the related laws/procedures and company policy

· Keep thorough records regarding the property

· Tenancy Contract preparation

· Tenancy Contract registration in Ejari/DIFC systems

· Owner Management

· Cold Calling

· Capture new property management agreements.

· Conduct regular Apartment inspection

· Keep record of apartment inventory

· Coordinating with owner's association and community services.

· Keeping record of utilities (Du, DEWA, Empower)
