PHIMed is founded in 2020 by Dr. Hamad Al Jaber and Dr. Rami Monawar with a goal to create a Facility Management and Medical Services Agency is one that can meet every possible demand, which is why our services are divided into two entities. For the past decade, Dr. Monawar has established himself as a renowned healthcare advisor and manager. He has created and established healthcare facilities from the ground until it is up and running. He is committed to provide effective work and improve businesses in every way. Instead of waiting for opportunities, he creates opportunities for a business to grow. His most recent clients include Laguna Medical Center and Phi Medical Clinics.
Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person and over the phone
Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
Keeps the reception area clean and organized
Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information
Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment used at the reception
Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving protected health information in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma (preference for College/University degree)
Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
Excellent computer skills
Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, polite, team player)
Quick learner
Great communication skills – both written and verbal (Arabic & English)
