Company Details : Indoguna Dubai LLC was established in the United Arab Emirates in 2005 as a food distributor importing the highest-quality chilled and frozen products from all over the world and supplying U.A.E and GCC hotels and restaurants.

Indoguna Dubai operates a fully-dedicated logistic management system to provide customers with daily deliveries. In addition, we also carry a flagship brands: Carne Meats and Masterpiece to supply a consistent source of exceptional meat products and asian delights to countries across the Middle East. In line with our belief of keeping at the forefront of food safety, we obtained the HACCP certification in 2011.

2018 marks Indoguna’s 13th year of operations in Dubai. We foresee growth in the food industry in the years ahead. Hence, improvements are continuously being made to our logistics, hardware and product range to strengthen the company’s offering in the coming years and to ensure the company continues to stay at the forefront of the food supply industry for many years to come.

Job Description


 
Based out of Dubai and supporting customers across the UAE
Support end user inquiries, provide effective and responsive service and drive customer service excellence
Utilizing all of the key sales, marketing and other resources as a means to establish the best overall brand experience for all stake holders; internal, external, B2B and B2C.
    
You day to day in this role will involve:
 
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management: Communicate with all inbound end user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Ensuring delivery timelines are met.
Conducting regular Competitor analysis, as a means to integrate best practices and drive new business opportunities.

 We want to hear from you if you possess:
 
Passionate about food and the foodservice experience
At least 1 year of previous experience in online B2C e-retail/ecommerce
Can-Do Attitude, willingness to learn and try new things
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet set deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
