Job Description

Tasks:
Respond to all WhatsApp and Instagram messages within approximately 30 minutes during
working hours
Manage all orders in Shopify and input all the relevant information
Pack all orders in a timely manner
Manage inventory at the oce and ensure all info is correct
Coordinate deliveries with the driver and ensure they all arrive in a timely manner
Coordinate tailoring appointments and tailor’s transportation
Coordinate with cleaning company and maintain the oce space
Supervise photoshoots, ensure that clothes are steamed, and take care of any issues
Create lists of customers dependent on interests/dates
Provide assistance in special projects and pop ups
