Job Description

Must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly understand company’s vision, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals. Resourceful and with good time-management skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales activities, researching and developing marketing opportunities and develops relationships with clients, managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.
Ability and desire to sell.
Able to work with all teams including Finance, HR and Operations.
Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Develop strong client relationships based on the delivery of service excellence, tangible value propositions and overall business growth.
Share with clients our unique value propositions, capabilities, products and services.
Draft approval paper for procurement of services and equipment.
Assist in determining Costing for Tender.
Management of Tender Document preparation & tracking submission timeline by respective staffs.
Track and report on the status of all proposal and tender.
Prepare Bid Management Paper to seek Senior Bids Management approval.
Perform background search of potential client.
Gather market intel, conduct research and analysis on our business segment performance and market segment.
Tracking of media comments, feedback, complaints and compliments of GSS Certis.
Create marketing literature, brochure and developing content for Company News Letter and website.
Generate statistical and trend reports and conduct analysis as needed.
