I. STRATEGY
Finalization of annual sales target with the sales management team.
Participate and develop the overall strategy of Distribution & Industrial End user business segments.
Participate in Annual sales target review on monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines.
Marketing FT Products and increasing brand presence in the assigned market segments.
II. PROCESS/OPERATIONAL/SALES PLANNING
Follow up of all the tenders and quotations submitted to target segment and convert into tangible sales.
Developing each individual customer in the respective assigned areas and prepare for monthly sales target achievement.
Carrying out marketing activities on regular basis and ensuring FT products are registered and qualified in the assigned market segment.
Submitting weekly and monthly report of business achieved, loss and product supply activities.
III. FUNCTIONAL GUIDELINES
Extensive marketing and sales visits to the assigned area and follow up of overall visit plans.
Documented reporting system on daily basis.
Presenting monthly travel plan.
Preparing sales report for your segment on weekly basis against targets.
