Job Description

Operational Duties
1. Fully responsible for the Store.
2. Ensure that proper inventories are maintained and documented.
3. Ensures issued materials are properly accounted and recorded.
4. Execute periodic physical inventory counts
5. Ensure correct and consistent stock count and tracking
6. Implement Warehouse Department policies and procedures
7. Execute established controls over his/her assigned warehouses
8. Ensure proper inventory classification, coding, and storage
9. Complete purchase orders to replenish inventory shortage
10. Ensure materials, supplies, and inventory in accordance with the purchase orders
11. Inform Department Head and follow agreed procedures in case of spoilage or obsolescence of any item
12. Prepare a variety of routine and special reports as required
