Job Description

Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an exceptional Team Leader who has a pleasant personality and ability to tackle difficult challenges while maintaining friendly and professional interactions & relationships with our guests.
A highly motivated individual who can use their creativity with other team members and guests.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year work experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader role, preferably in banquet operations
Multi-tasking skill is vital as well as great attention to details and good hygiene knowledge
A creative person who is also a good team player
Active listening ability to listen to others with the intent to understand and without being distracted by external or internal factors
High level of interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships within guests
