Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent CCIE collaboration certification or equivalent experience Data center industry certifications Certified in ITIL framework and processes. Minimum Experience: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field: • Coordinate and administer telecommunications activities • Confer with business units to determine phone system needs, to establish project priority, and to assist with resolution of telecommunication problems • Participate in IT teams to evaluate phone hardware and software requirements • Perform analysis of needs and contribute to the design of phone architecture, integration, and installation • Responsible for all company telecom, phone, faxes, fax servers and phone switches • Understanding, knowledge, and experience with Cisco telephony architecture including PBX, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Contact Center. • Understanding, knowledge, and experience with video, voice and content collaboration and communication solutions. • Understanding, knowledge, and experience with BlackBerry and EMM solutions • Understanding and knowledge of voice recording and dialler software • Administer programming and support for all moves and changes required on Cisco switches and VoIP • Support document and support of all telephony disaster recovery for all client sites • Assist and maintain documentation for the phone network and IT related support • Assist and maintain a formal system of evaluating all telephone systems and materials used to maintain them • Access management and CCTV expertise a plus
