Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
· Daily Check SAP vs Warehouse stock reports.
· Daily Inventory transfer entry in SAP .
· Daily outbound report generating solve discrepancies.
· Assuring FEFO & FIFO is maintained on daily orders for all concepts.
· Inbound report generating solve discrepancies.
· Daily outlet deliveries documents segregation and filing.
· New inbound shipments physical item verification for all concepts
· On call support for supply chain delivery assistant & drivers.
· On call support for outlet delivery related issues.
· Stock physical inspection for all concepts.
· Manage stock returns and entries in SAP
· Warehouse stock physical cycle count supervision.
· Monthly outbound report generates for all concepts
· Monthly stock reconciliation assistance for all concepts and corrective entries in system.
Job Specification:
· Qualification in any Degree.
· Previous experience in purchase /logistics.
· Highly Literate in MS Office applications especially in Excel
· Good communication and analytical skills.
· SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
