Quality Controller - Polymer & Plastic (PET, preforms)

Job Description

To perform and adhere to the implementation of all QC standards in production production of Machine producing PET preforms, 5 Gallon Bottles & Caps • Ensure Material Quality checking and compliance with quality parameters. Ensure compliance of finished product with the quality requirements. • Follow and adhere to established procedures and guidelines related to quality control • Perform all duties necessary to facilitate the quality production of injection molded plastic preforms. • Perform various quality checks at regular intervals including: dimensional, appearance, burst, and torque tests and correct non-conformances. • Interpret part drawings and quality plans/standards. • Verify the documentation/test report and relevant documents of all tests conducted. • Filing, compilation and documentation of the quality batch records. • Provides immediate feedback to production line and immediate leadership on all quality related problems. • Generate necessary documentation such as: scrap processing, inventory, finished goods receipts and transfer tickets. • Preparation of inspection and test plan. • Documentation of testing process and reports • Other duties related to Quality & Production department as assigned by the reporting manager

Diploma / Graduation in Plastic / Polymer, Prior work experience as QC in PET Preforms manufacturing
